What is included in the course price?
Each package covers scheduled group sessions, printed or digital course materials, a placement assessment, and periodic progress feedback from your instructor. Additional one-on-one tutoring can be added separately upon request.
Do you offer private one-on-one lessons?
Yes, private lessons are available for Arabic, English, and French at an additional hourly rate. These can be booked alongside a group package or as a standalone option, depending on your schedule and learning goals.
Can I switch between languages during my course?
Students on the Standard and Intensive plans may switch their focus language between terms after discussing this with our academic coordinator, provided seats are available in the new group.
Is there a registration fee?
A one-time registration fee of EGP 300 applies to new students, covering placement testing and enrollment processing. Returning students renewing their package are not charged this fee again.
What is your refund policy?
If you withdraw within the first week of a term, unused sessions are refunded on a pro-rated basis. After the first week, remaining fees may be credited toward a future course instead of a cash refund.
Are payments made monthly or per term?
Most students pay monthly, but a discounted rate is available for those who pay for a full three-month term in advance. Payment can be made by cash, bank transfer, or card at our Alexandria office.
