Have questions about learning Arabic, English, or French?
Find clear answers about our courses, schedules, and teaching approach before you enroll at our Alexandria language school.
Ask UsWhat languages do you teach and for which levels?
We offer Arabic, English, and French courses for beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels. Classes are organized by proficiency, so new students are placed according to a short assessment before their first lesson.
Do you offer classes for complete beginners?
Yes. Our beginner tracks in Arabic, English, and French start with foundational vocabulary, grammar, and pronunciation. No prior knowledge is required, and lessons are paced to build confidence gradually.
Are classes held in groups or one-on-one?
We offer both formats. Group classes typically have a small number of students to allow individual attention, while private sessions are scheduled directly with an instructor based on availability and personal goals.
How long does each course level take to complete?
Course duration depends on the language and intensity of the program, generally ranging from 6 to 10 weeks per level. Exact timelines are shared during enrollment based on the schedule you choose.
Is there a placement test before joining?
Yes. New students complete a short written and spoken assessment so we can recommend the appropriate starting level. This helps ensure the pace of the class matches your current ability.
Do you provide certificates after finishing a course?
Students who complete a course level and attend the required number of sessions receive a certificate from Clic and Closures Language Academy confirming the level completed and language studied.
Can adults and children join the same programs?
We run separate class tracks for children, teenagers, and adults, each with materials and teaching methods suited to the age group. Parents can ask our team about age-appropriate scheduling options.
Where is the academy located and how do I visit?
Clic and Closures Language Academy is located in Alexandria, Egypt. You are welcome to visit our office to discuss course options, or contact us beforehand to arrange a convenient time.
What happens if I miss a class session?
We understand schedules can shift. Depending on the course format, missed sessions may be reviewed with an instructor or made up in another group, subject to availability at the time.
